SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping 

Please carefully review our shipping and returns policy when purchasing all products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

We offer standard shipping options and in most cases different third-party suppliers will be managing our inventory and responsible for shipping your products. Orders with more than one item may be split into different shipments.

All times and dates noted for shipments are given in good faith but are only estimates. Shipment takes place within  7-10 business days. This does not include weekends and holidays. Note that this is an estimate for shipping not delivery.

 

Due to Covid, any custom or oversized products may be extended several weeks before shipment. Please refer to the product info section for these details on all oversized goods. If shipment is delayed beyond the estimated time frame we will let you know as soon as possible and seek to provide you with a revised date for delivery.

 

Returns

For returns send an email to Customer Service at info@interioremvitam.com and specify which item you wish to return with your order number so we can provide you with a return shipping label.

  PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY PACKAGES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OR WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROCESS THE RETURN  

 

Items must be shipped in new condition and undamaged in order to be considered for a refund. All requests must also be submitted within 30 days of the date you received the item. Refunds are sent back to the original payment method once items are received and inspected.

After placing an online order customers will have 24 hours to cancel and all refunds provided will be credited within 3-5 business days. If a cancellation is requested after products are shipped, customer will to have to wait to receive their product and then request their return.
